During the process of spacecraft electronic system development,a variety of simulators are required to simulate the functional modules in the electronic system,so that to do the scheme verification and test work.The traditional simulator is designed for a single functional module.To simulate multiple modules,multiple simulators need to be designed,resulting in low resource reutilization and increasing the development cycle and cost.To solve the above problems,this paper designs an assisted R&D system for spacecraft electronic system.The assisted system has features such as tailored and expanded hardware and software functions,configurable system workflows,configurable communication protocols.What’s more,the system has the ability to simulate multiple functional modules.On the basis of detailed analysis of the technical requirements and functional requirements of the assisted R&D system,this paper put forward the system implementation plan and completes the software and hardware development work.The system hardware function unit adopts modular design.Each function unit is designed as a separate module and is connected to the controller through the PCI bus or RS232/RS485 bus.Various function modules can be combined freely to form simulators with different functions and interfaces.The system software is responsible for managing and scheduling the functional modules of simulator and implementing system functions on the basis of hardware.System software structure is divided into service layer and hardware module control layer.The hardware module control layer also adopts a modular design,and the control software of each hardware module is packaged into a dynamic link library.On the module control software,a unified control interface is abstracted out according to the control mode of each module.This abstract interface can ignore the differences among modules.Modules that follow this interface principle can join into the assisted R&D system,and as a result,system function extension is achieved.In the service layer is responsible for system module management,module data management and system workflow configuration functions.Two data structures are designed to store module information and system process configuration information respectively.Both data structures support storing data to hard disk and restoring data from disk.The assisted R&D system supports both manual control and program control.The system software supports the communication protocol configuration,which enables the system to customize control commands according to test requirements.Finally,this paper completed the functional testing of each hardware module and the overall system,corrected the problems found in the test,and verified the system design results through test cases.The verification results show that all indicators of the system meet the technical requirements and the system has achieved the expected functions.
