Higher vocational and technical schools are an important part of China's higher education and have developed rapidly in recent years.By 2017,there were 1,341 higher vocational colleges independently set up in China,and the number of students enrolled in the university had reached 22.05 million.The construction of higher vocational schools has formed a large-scale development trend.China has not formed an independent standard for the construction of higher vocational schools for a long period of time.Higher vocational schools refer to the construction standards and norms of similar schools at the stage of project approval and planning and design.They have greater limitations and phases.May 15,2011 The Ministry of Education held a special work conference on the planning and construction of vocational schools and preparation of construction standards in Dalian.In order to implement the Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan,the Ministry of Education will include the “Standard for the Construction of Higher Vocational Schools” in the preparation of standards.The editor-in-chief was the National Research Center for School Construction Standards,and the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Educational Architectural Design participated in the preparation of the standard.In September 2015,the "Construction Standards for Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges" formed a draft for review.However,the preparation work is still in the stage of perfection and demonstration.This project attempts to study the control of the volume ratio in higher vocational schools,aiming at higher vocational schools.The rationality demonstration of the volumetric rate index in the construction standard is provided,which provides a basis and reference for the compilation of the “ Construction Standards for Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges”.The first chapter of this article introduces the relevant background and research status at home and abroad,the research methods and the overall framework of the topic;Chapter Two analyzes the status quo of the volume ratio of vocational schools;the third chapter analyzes the regional differences,school scale,and professional categories.It is the key factor that influences the volume ratio of higher vocational schools.Chapter 4 elaborates the basis and method for the determination of the volume ratio of vocational schools,and summarizes the shortcomings and inadequacies of the original reference norms,makes adjustments and optimizations,and combines the main influencing factors.Analyze and calculate the volume ratio of vocational schools and draw conclusions.
