Retrospect On Project Time Management Of “LHYH” Salvage Engeering

In recent years,with the development of the strategy of building an ocean power and the construction of clear water blue sky,as well as the deepening of the reform of salvage system,the water emergency rescue and emergency salvage place more and more emphasis on construction efficiency and engineering benefit.The construction period of the salvage project can last only a few days or up to a long time,such as South Korea "SEWOL" with more than 660 days.The construction cost can be hundreds of thousands or up to hundreds of millions.The longer the construction period on water,and the greater the impact of natural and non-natural factors,the higher the project cost,and the less the engineering benefit.Therefore,in the salvage engineering,the project time management is implemented to effectively control the construction period of the salvage project,improve the construction efficiency and maximize the project benefit.Taking the actual construction of the "LHYH" salvage project as an example,using the theory and mature experience of domestic and foreign project time management for reference,combining with the construction technology and a large number of actual cases of salvage engineering,using Case Study Method and Empirical Research Method,the whole construction process of the “LHYH” project is analysed systematically.In view of the situation that the construction period is out of schedule,based on the advice of salvage experts and project time management process,the retrospect research on project time management of the "LHYH" salvage project is put forward.First of all,the task decomposition of project activities of the "LHYH" salvage project is carried on,the sequence of project activities is straightened out,then the time of project activities is estimated,and the key route is selected,as well as the project time management system and the project schedule plan of the "LHYH" salvage project are established.Secondly,by using the management software Project and project time deviation analysis,and Strengthening the management of pre-construction schedule control,schedule control under construction and construction schedule change control,the construction period of the salvage project is maximally controlled.Thirdly,with the retrospect research,the problem of construction period control is solved,the management concept of salvage engineering project is promoted,and the theoretical reference and experience for the project management in salvage project is provided.
