CKD9B type diesel locomotive is in Dalian locomotive and rolling stock Co.,manufacturing of global power is the largest narrow gauge diesel locomotive.The design and development of the vehicle is applied to the trunk line of the New Zealand railway.The maximum operating speed of 100 km/h,the maximum 370 kN locomotive traction,the use of Germany 20V4000R43 MTU diesel engine,loading power 2700 kW.This paper introduces the overall structure,performance and electric drive system of CKD9 B diesel locomotive.CKD9 B type diesel locomotive is AC-DC electric locomotive,which adopts AC auxiliary transmission for auxiliary drive system of locomotive,and adopts the microcomputer control technology,the main control element of locomotive MCU(main microcomputer unit),ACU(computer auxiliary unit),PAU(engine control unit)of the unit.Through the above technical means to make the auxiliary system control is stable and convenient,and ensure the stability of the system.With the locomotive adhesion control,the main generator excitation control,DC auxiliary generator excitation control,resistance braking control etc.Through the analysis on the factors influencing the performance of compatible auxiliary cabinet electromagnetic,from the corresponding design strategies are given,so as to meet the overall performance of the auxiliary cabinet compatible with the requirements of the electromagnetic,reached the design requirements of auxiliary cabinet.
