China started high-speed railway in April 2007,it has been more than 10 years,a large number of EMU operating mileage has reached maintenance mileage,the Railway Bureau and Rail vehicle manufacturing of the level-three maintenance tasks will be faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This article analyzes process defect and bottleneck of the maintenance line based on the maintenance program,maximize optimized the process of maintenance workshop and layout,improved maintenance efficiency,in order to satisfy today's growing maintenance demands,and ensure the safety of the EMU running smoothly.This article takes the EMU level-three maintenance process of XXX RAILWAY VEHICLES CO.,LTD as standard,combined with the equipment layout and the actual situation,constructs simulation model with the Flexsim,analyzes the results,and improves bottleneck process and performance issue,it has importantly theoretical and practical value on improvement of maintenance program and working ability.First,start from background and research significance,compare with domestic and international maintenance technology,analyze the process and development in China,explicit the important value of the process.Second,in the case of Flexsim simulation,combine with maintenance process,cycle time and Auto CAD drawings of the workshop,build up layout model of the maintenance workshop;use 3DS MAX to make and load the 3D model.Third,refer to the simulation demands,complete Logic setting and interface function design;analyze and propose solutions to the possible collision problems in the delivery of the workpiece;complete the simulation,and obtain efficiency,operating state and performance during the run time,the results are in conformity with the actual situation.Finally,through the analysis of output,based on the maintenance line optimization theory and constraint,establish optimization model from equipment layout and process to optimize,reintegrate process and design optimization program.It is concluded that most of the equipment utilization rate and performance are improved,the optimization program is based on the theory of constraint and optimization model,to be sure the feasibility of the optimization program.In summary,based on the Flexsim for the research and simulation on process of EMU level-three maintenance and the improved optimization program can increase the working ability and efficiency,provide reliable guidance for the efficient work of EMU maintenance work.
