For the moment, the maintenance process of civil aircraft is gaining its complexity, at the same time its correspondent standards have also reached a completely new level, such as the cost and technology for the maintenance as well as the requirements for the professional skills and acknowledge obtained by its stuff. It is critical to confront the general situation of civil aircraft maintenance training programs that with big inputs while the outputs are not so satisfying. An effective way to cope with the challenge is to use simulation technology.Maintenance service operation is an indispensable link in field maintenance operations.Meanwhile the academic community has focused on the optimization of service operation,while neglected the logic and attributes of maintenance behaviors. Therefore, we come up with this methodology of simulation to fulfill the regulations established in CCAR-147-04 about aircraft systematic service process behaviors, for the sake of overcoming the obstacles to realize the systematic simulation for maintenance service resulted by the complexity and redundancy of its tasks.Our work mainly includes:Firstly, introduces the development status of training process modeling repair, an in-depth study on the definition, task repair service process based classification is on the basis of. Then according to the categorization and major media of the maintenance service, we will study and analyze the process, logic and characteristics of maintenance service.Secondly, we will lead in the Agent technology. Incorporated with the definition, features and structural design of Agent and maintenance service process system, we propose a method to realize the simulation of maintenance service system by using a multiple Agent system(MAS).Finally, by simulation tests, we will illustrate its feasibility and universality.
