The Study Of The Shenhua Huanghua Port Enterprise Logistics Strategy Based On Project Group Management

In recent years,China’s international trade has continued to develop rapidly,and the development of port logistics has played a pivotal role in the entire trade.Shenhua Huanghua Port also occupies an important position in our ports.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Huanghua Port logistics development,this paper uses PEST macroeconomic analysis method and SWOT internal environment analysis method,combines grey forecasting and dynamic triple exponential smoothing method to predict Huanghua Port’s logistics throughput,and integrates the idea of project group management.It aims to formulate a new logistics development strategy for Huanghua Port.First of all,this paper analyzes the current research status of related aspects at home and abroad,points out the deficiencies in the current research,and determines the research content and research methods of this article;then this article summarizes the theoretical knowledge used in the paper,and studies the thesis.The foundation of the theory was laid;then the macroscopic environment of Huanghua Port in Shenhua was analyzed by PEST analysis;then the environment and the internal environment of Huanghua Port’s logistics industry were analyzed.At the same time,the current project group of Huanghua Port was analyzed.Finally using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,the threats and opportunities of the logistics development in Huanghua Port,and prepare for the development of the logistics development strategy of Huanghua Port.Then,using the grey forecasting method and dynamic three-exponential smoothing to predict the Huanghua Port logistics throughput,the throughput of Huanghua Port in the next five years is obtained.The results show that the current throughput capacity of the port cannot meet the future demand,so it is proposed to speed up the goods.The strategic plan for the speed of entry and exit;then this article integrates the qualitative and quantitative analysis above,combines the ideas of the project group management,formulates a logistics strategy plan with the project as a node,and formulates implementation strategies for each project;finally formulates external and internal Guarantee measures to ensure the completion of each project to achieve logistics strategicgoals.Through a series of studies,this paper has formulated a logistics development strategy for Shenhua Huanghua Port,which has a certain significance for the healthy,sustained,and stable development of future logistics services of Shenhua Huanghua Port.
