Due to its advantages in engineering application,tensegrity structures has been widely concerned since its emergence and has become the frontier of structural research.Based on previous researches,this thesis has carried out the nonlinear mechanics analysis,numerical simulation,finite element analysis,optimization control methods and so on,in order to study the shape problem and the performance of folding and unfolding of tensegrity structure.The theory of form-finding of tensegrity structure has been combed,and the method of force density form-finding of tensegrity structure has been researched and analyzed emphatically.The formula of the topology matrix and the method of force density form-finding has been deduced;In order to find the logical relationship between the elements of the unit,the method has been used to find the shape of the tensegrity structure unit called N15S15C30.Tensegrity structure stability judgement theory has been briefly discussed,in order to look for the stability judgement theory suitable for foldable tensegrities,and the theory has been applied to the stability analysis of the foldable tensegrity bridges.For the performance analysis of the tensegrity bridge of the circular folding and unfolding,the motion equation of the tensegrity structure unit called N15S15C30'cable-strutcomponent has been deduced theoretically.The demand unknown quantity in the folding and unfolding motion equation of the N15S15C30 unit of tensegrity structure has been obtained by using MATLAB,find the public solution,and find the best solution by using the optimization method.At the same time,the derivation of the symbolic functions of Maple software is used to verify the correctness of the folding and unfolding process of the tensegrity structure unit and the surface fitting of the equation of motion of it.The folding and unfolding theory of tensegrity structures studied,the focus on the N15S15C30unit of tensegrity structure and the use of finite element software ANSYS to get the structure of the folded and unfolded configuration.An annular pentagonal tensegrity emergency bridge structure assembled from N15S15C30 unit was analyzed for folding and unfolding performance.In the last chapter,the process control of the tensegrity emergency bridge is studied.Firstly,the control objectives and control methods of the extensibility process should be clarified,and the influencing factors and impact degree of the extens ibility should be analyzed.Then,the control of the excavation process should be optimized by the use of guiding cable.finally,the angle of the anchor cable in the bridge control influences should be studied.
