The Tensegrity(tensional integrity) Membrane Structure is a new-type building structure. It has lots of merits such as reasonable mechanical performance, high efficiencies, novel modeling, and good economy, etc. The development and application of the Membrane Structures for forty years shows the enormous vitality and wide application prospect. At present, certain achievements of the research in the theory and practice to the Tensegrity Membrane Structure have made both at home and abroad. But the relation of cable-pole and membrane is often isolated in present analysis design, and it isn't capable of simulating the truly correlation of structures. The research of the cooperative analysis to the Tensegrity Membrane Structure has just been paid attention at home. And based on non-linear finite element analytical theory, the cooperative analysis research for the Tensegrity Membrane Structure by ANSYS, it says to be still blank at home. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing speciality of the analytical method to the cable-pole and membrane structure, this paper proposes the thought of cooperative form-finding of the Tensegrity Membrane Structure. First, according to the architectural appearance, request of construction and the optimization result of cable-pole structure, the space form of the cable-pole structure will be received. Then, the initial form of the membrane will be also received. The border part of membrane is the fixed, and the other border part is non-fixed, it be fixed by cable-pole structure and will be transfigure together with the cable-pole structure in the process of form-finding. Then, each cable-pole-membrane unit is analyzed by adopting the non-linear finite element analytical method. According to virtual work principle, the non-linear finite element analytical equation of the cable-pole-membrane unit is formed. Through the whole N-R method, the equation of solving is received. Firstly, this paper makes form-finding analysis to the membrane and cable-membrane structures, then to the cable-pole structure on condition to small elasticity mode, the results of form-finding certify the analytical method base on ANSYS is viable. At last makes the cooperative form-finding analysis to the Tensegrity Membrane Structure, and analyzed the influence of membrane shape whether considering the cable-pole supporting function to membrane, analyzed the influence of the form-finding of the cable-pole structure whether considering membrane function. The results show, on condition that the stiffness of cable-pole structure is small, it probably causes heavy error to the structures by means of the no-cooperative form-finding method., and the cooperative form-finding analysis will avoid bring this kind of error. So the cooperative form-finding analysis of the Tensile Membrane Structure is necessary, and it can relatively truly response the mutual function of the cable-pole and membrane. At last, this paper studies the mechanical performance of the Tensegrity Membrane Structure to be loaded. The mechanical performance of cable-pole structure will be compared with between membrane function is taken into accounted. On the condition that the same design loads, it compares with the different responses of membrane by non-cooperative loading analysis and cooperative loading analysis. If the membrane function doesn't considered, the calculation value of bearing-loading performance of the cable-pole structure is obviously different, and the calculation value of the transfiguration is simply small, it will lead to the fact the structure is not safe. Therefore, the cooperative loading analysis of the Tensile Membrane Structure is necessary, and it can relatively truly response the mechanical performance of structure.
