Magnetorheological fluid(MRF)is a kind of intelligent material with special rheological properties.It can be converted from fluid into semi-solid under the action of magnetic field,and the rheological process is reversible.Using MRF as medium,magnetorheological damper(MRD)has advantages of simple structure,fast response,large range and continuously adjustable of damping force,and insensitive to temperature.The output damping force of MRD can be continuously changed by adjusting the current.Therefore,MRD has obvious advantages in the field of semi-active vibration control.At present,the magnetorheological technology is less applied in the pipeline vibration control,and the volume of the MRD is relatively large,which cannt meet the requirements of pipeline vibration control.In this paper,the MRD is taken as the research object,and the mechanical model,vibration isolation system and semi-active vibration control algorithm of MRD are studied.The study result can lay theoretical foundations for semi-active vibration control of the miniaturized MRD in the complex hydraulic pipeline system.The main research work of this paper is:(1)Establishment of MRD's mechanical model.The quasi-static symmetry model and Bingham-Polynomial model of MR damper are established.By analyzing the curves of "damping force-displacement" and "damping force-velocity",the assessment ability of two models to MRD's dynamic performance are got.(2)Dynamic analysis of vibration control system based on MRD.The severity and damping of MRD are equivalent to be linearized,and the single-stage and double-stage semi-active vibration control system models of MRD are established.The dynamic characteristics are studied by analyzing the displacement and acceleration responses of the systems.(3)Simulation analysis of semi-active vibration control algorithm of MRD.For the single-stage vibration control system of MRD,the system is input by the sinusoidal signal and the PID control and fuzzy control are studied through simulation analysis.For the double-stage vibration control system of MRD,the system is input by step signal,sinusoidal signal and stochastic signal to study PID control,fuzzy control and ceiling damping control respectively through simulation analysis,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three control algorithms will be compared.(4)Performance testing of MRD and experimental research on control algorithms.The experimental researchs are carried based on the dSPACE simulation platform and the dynamic characteristics of MRD are got.The control algorithm is studied based on single-stage vibration control system of MRD and the superiority of PID control and fuzzy control was verified.
