Research On Design Of Urban Fire Safety Supervision System Based On User Mental Model

With the steady and continuous growth of the social economy,the process of urban-rural integration has accelerated.The expansion of urban areas,the increase of enterprises,residences,and large public agglomerations and the increasingly complex building structure,diversified building materials,and irregular mobile vendors have made urban fire hazard sources more abundant,and have also made it difficult for fire control supervision.The rise of Internet+ and Internet of Things technology has made the use of information technology a hot topic for prevention of fire and fire inspection and supervision,and improvement of work efficiency and work quality of fire inspection and supervision.This subject has found from the research status of the urban fire safety supervision system design at home and abroad and the implementation of specific projects during the internship.The current related research and application mainly have the following problems:1)Most of them are aimed at the specific implementation of the system,lacking research on user goals and requirements levels;2)In the process of design,there is a lack of analysis of the original products,less consideration of the continuity of the user's habits,no in-depth exploration of user needs,and the conclusions drawn are too superficial;3)There is a lack of research on the design of urban fire safety supervision from the perspective of user psychology in the existing data.In order to solve these problems,the following research was conducted in this topic:1)According to the general process of product design,combined with the actual situation of fire safety supervision system design,the concrete design flow of urban fire safety supervision system based on user mental model is proposed.2)Analyze all levels of users in the applicable city fire safety monitoring system,determine the core users,and explore through the user's existing product experience analysis,focus groups,in-depth user interviews,and government guidance documents Users use the instinct goal,behavioral goal,and reflection goal of the fire safety supervision system to establish a user-needed psychological model and develop a design activity centering on user needs.3)Validate the design method based on the user's mental model and the feasibility of the design process through usability testinverificationg,and iteratively modify it.After usability testing and,the design activity based on the user's mental model design method can meet the needs of users,effectively improve the user's work efficiency,reach the original intention of redesigning with the user's needs as the goal,and better solve the problems raised above.It can also provide a viable path and reference model for other designs.
