| Since the reform and opening up,China’s railway system has experienced six leaps in speed-up.Among them,railway freight transport also plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy.With the construction of one belt,one road and another,the circulation of goods is increasing frequently at home and abroad.The quantity of container cargo has increased greatly,and the demand for container transport vehicles is increasing.The container flat car is favored by many customers because of its fast,convenient and high transportation quality.In order to meet the technical requirements of the market for container flat cars and improve the freight capacity of container flat cars,the core parameters such as the load and running speed of the new container flat cars are also improving.This puts forward higher requirements for the body performance of container flat car to ensure its operation safety and stability.In this paper,based on the theory of finite element analysis,the static strength,stiffness,modal,stability and fatigue strength of container flat car body are analyzed and calculated by using Hyper Mesh finite element pre-processing software and ANSYS analysis software.The main research contents and methods are as follows(1)This paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,briefly describes the development of container flat cars in railway transportation at home and abroad,and illustrates the significance of strength analysis of container flat car body in this paper.(2)The structure composition and characteristics of container flat car body are briefly described.The finite element model of container flat car body is created by Hyper Mesh software.According to AAR m-1001-2015 "code for design and manufacture of freight cars",15 kinds of static strength conditions are determined,and loads and constraints are imposed on the finite element model,Then the static strength and stiffness of container flat car body are calculated by ANSYS software,and the calculation results are analyzed.(3)According to the railway standard TB / T 3550.2-2019 "Specification for strength design and test appraisal of rolling stock",the static strength and stiffness of the structure of container flat car body are tested and verified.The test method,patch position and test condition are introduced.The experimental results are compared with the simulation results,and the causes of errors are analyzed.(4)According to the principle of modal analysis and calculation method,the modal analysis and calculation of container flat car body are carried out,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of flat car body structure are obtained;According to the principle of structural stability,the buckling stability of flat car body is analyzed,the vulnerable parts of the car body are obtained,and the evaluation is carried out according to the relevant requirements.(5)Based on AAR standard and BS 7680 standard and nominal stress method,the fatigue strength of partial welds of container flat car body is analyzed;According to the ASME BPVC viii-2-2015 standard,based on the structural stress method,selected some key weld analysis,and compared with the results of the nominal stress method. |
