Container flooring assembly is one of the important aspects of container production andit is often processed by manual operation. This method needs large staff assignments and haslow productivity. So it is important to develop automatic assembly device for these operationsto increasing productivity and reducing labor intensity.According to the requirements of the flooring assembly process, it ensures the wholedesign scheme and design program, and then it designs container flooring automatic assemblydevice with overall analysis and calculations. The paper uses the Pro/E software to test theinterference of the design and then checks the reasonableness of the overall layout andstructural design. The paper analyses the key parts of assembly device and contact flooring based onANSYS finite element analysis software, and then studies the forces in different conditionsand verifies the reliability of structure. It simulates the dynamic movement of the device andthen researches the dynamic character and the curve of output operation device consideringthe impact of the gap, friction, collision and flexible factors by the software of ADAMS. Theresults of analysis provide a suggestion for optimization and the improvements of structure. The experimental research of the automatic drilling detection of assembly device and thefeeding systems is carried out. According to the studies of metal detectors and body brakingslip, the key issues affecting the accuracy of the automatic drilling have been solved throughthe error compensation of sense distance for different body walking speed. With the researchof feeding system, the common questions and reasons have been analysed and theoptimal parameters under the best running state have been found by trial and error. The resultsof research provides the gist for manufacture and debugging of follow-up device.
