With the rise of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,real estate has developed rapidly.Commercial residential buildings develop from distribution of welfare to marketing sales,which not only stimulates a huge marketing demand but also brings fierce marketing competition.Residential landscape environment as an important part of residential development also become the key for competition increasingly.But in the past,there were few studies for the relation between residential landscape construction and project marketing,the function from residential landscape construction to project marketing,and the philosophy of residential landscape design based on customer analysis etc.,The landscape construction focus more on design itself.So this thesis would like to combine customer’s analysis,project,marketing,and landscape construction to elaborate the relationship between landscape construction and customer features,and the relationship between landscape construction and project marketing selling from rigid demands projects,improvement project,and investment projects,so that to point out the idea of residential landscape construction which is based on customer’s demand and provide the reference for the landscape construction of the future different residential projects.It can be divided into the following parts:The first chapter will raise questions,introduce the purpose,significance,content and methods of research.As an important part of housing development,landscape construction plays a more and more important role in marketing.However,most of previous researches started from the design itself,and there is less research on the relationship between landscape creation and housing marketing.The significance of the residential landscape environment to the buyers and the role of the housing marketing?The second chapter expounds the relationship between the residential marketing and landscape construction,content analysis of relationship between residential marketing and landscape construction,proposed the quality of the landscape environment of the project just need to type is a plus,to improve the type of project is only based on the type of investment project is part of the customer to consider.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are divided into rigid demand,the improved type project and the investment type project to expound the customer characteristics and the sensitive points,and based on customer characteristics to analyse the major role of residential landscape in the marketing selling,and put forward corresponding residential landscape construction concept.And then,the relevant conclusions are supported by case studyThe last part summarizes the research of the landscape design under different positioningof high-rise residential buildings...
