With China's increasing demand for petrochemical energy and the gradual depletion of oil and gas resources on the continental shelf,from the perspective of national energy security,under the guidance of the development strategy of deep-sea marine engineering,The research on semi-submersible production flat has been paid great attention by domestic research institutions.In this paper,the structure vibration and noise sources of large-scale deep-sea semi-submersible production platforms are discussed,and a further specific vibration and noise reduction design optimization scheme is made based on this research,which provides a reliable reference for the overall design of the production platform in the future.First,based on the associated theories of the structural design,the overall performance and the excitation sources of the semi-submersible platform,this paper studies the effects of the free vibration characteristics and the connection form of the upper platform and the lower floating body on the free vibration modes.Then,the ship's professional vibration acoustics software was used as a platform to perform full-ship and full-frequency noise prediction on the target platform by using the statistical energy method,and the effect of the heating and ventilation(HVAC)system on the cabin noise was emphatically analyzed and further calibration was performed according to the International Maritime Organization Noise Assessment Criterion IMO.Finally,the characteristics and paths of noise propagation on the target platform were analyzed.Under the premise of guaranteeing the structure strength and performance of the platform,the design of vibration reduction and noise reduction was studied considering the impact of the platform vibration characteristics on the target platform comprehensively,and the noise reduction effects of several schemes were compared.Based on this,a feasible vibration and noise reduction design scheme is proposed to ensure the safety and comfort of the deep-sea semi-submersible platform.In addition,some general principles for modeling semi-submersible platforms using statistical energy analysis are also discussed.They can be applied to the design of other large marine structures for vibration and noise reduction,which behaves certain practical value.
