In twenty-first Century,with the development of knowledge resources and computer technology,the process of product innovation is accelerating.If an enterprise wants to make innovations and breakthroughs,it must try all kinds of innovative methods to get new outlets and development.At present,computer aided innovation CAI technology has become more and more popular among enterprises and engineering designers,and has gradually become an important tool for assisting product developers and designers to solve innovation problems.The computer aided innovation technology can stimulate the creative thinking of the engineering designers,assist the systematic innovation design based on knowledge,greatly promote the development process of the product,and help the designers to quickly solve the technical obstacles in the process of product innovation.It has important strategic and practical significance to develop the products of the enterprise,obtain high quality creative and valuable patents and be based on the fierce market competition.The main content of this paper is to apply CAI technology to product innovative design.Firstly,the status and significance of computer aided innovation CAI technology are briefly introduced,and the research contents and chapters arrangement of the paper are explained.Secondly,the relevant theoretical knowledge of computer aided innovation CAI technology is studied and analyzed.The innovation function module and application process of CAI software Goldfire are emphasized,which provide the theoretical basis for the subsequent innovative design.Then,the system analysis modeling process of Goldfire problem analysis module is described in detail,and combine with the modeling method of function transfer,and the modeling route based on Goldfire system analysis and function transfer is formed.The application process of the package function model to the splint function model is realized by this route.Next,the scientific effect is introduced,the classification method of the scientific effect is summarized,the scientific effect Library of Goldfire software is analyzed,the solution process of the scientific effect library is set up,and the improved design scheme of bicycle saddle is obtained by this process.Finally,one effect of the scientific effect-Venturi effect,is summed up and summarized,its principle is analyzed,its function is summarized,and then the effect is applied to the innovative design of the fruit picking device,and the design of the high altitude glass suction device is put forward by using the principle of the air suction of the Venturi effect.In this paper,the functional modules of Computer Aided Innovation Software Goldfire are studied and applied,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the software process.The use of computer aided innovation is helpful for developing designers to break the pattern of thinking,to provide designers with rapid and effective research and design direction,and to develop competitive and innovative products.
