The "13th Five-Year National Informatization Plan" pointed out that the informatization level of construction enterprises should be improved in an all-round way.During the "13th Five-Year" period,construction enterprises,especially the architectural subdivision and decoration industry,invested a lot of manpower and material resources to explore the construction of information industry.The informatization construction of the industry does not have the expected value embodiment,which has promoted the understanding and thinking of the industry in building decoration industry.The implementation strategy of informatization construction runs through the whole life cycle of the project,and corresponding implementation strategies should be formulated at all stages and stages of the project implementation.This paper analyzes and studies the implementation strategy of the construction decoration industry from the perspective of enterprises,software manufacturers and users,mainly taking the implementation planning of the construction and decoration industry information system as the starting point,taking the QX group integrated management and control information system platform construction project as a case,by questionnaire survey and interview,from the enterprise The competitive environment,organizational characteristics,implementation preparation,implementation process,and information expectation and actual effect are used to excavate the successful implementation strategy of enterprise informatization,and the key implementation strategies of each stage are extracted with the method of principal component analysis.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures are discussed,and the enterprise is in the information management management.A new way of thinking is provided on the road.QX group integrated management and control information system platform construction project from the second half of 2016,starting from the second half of 2016,based on the platform construction projects,comprehensive software providers,based on the original factory implementation delivery system as a selection planning strategy.Before the implementation of the project,the scope management planning,project schedule,demand management and control planning,key user selection planning,knowledge transfer planning,quality management planning,risk management planning are carefully analyzed.Starting from March 1,2017,it has experienced five stages of information project planning and planning,research and plan,project testing and training,system on-line preparation and switching,continuous service and system maintenance,through overall planning,step by step implementation,regional responsibility system,project delivery quality control,management and management.Control risk,through training,assessment and other strategies to transfer business knowledge,in the follow-up specific project planning and implementation of the implementation of the plan to integrate these implementation strategies,play the role of control,by the end of March 10,2018 has basically completed the implementation of the project delivery work to meet the user operation demands and leadership management requirements.This paper combines with the whole process of management and control,and successfully implements an information construction platform project of building decoration industry.Summarize and analyze the implementation strategy of project success,so as to provide project management support for construction enterprises that are implementing or planning to implement enterprise informatization projects.
