Groundwater is one of the important sources of drinking water for our residents in China. However, groundwater in many areas has the phenomenon of scale generation after boiling and cooling. The acid-alkali equilibrium aeration method removes the precipitated HCO3-by adding acid to remove the HCO3-and converts it into dissolved CO2,and then aerates the CO2 in the water.Out,so that the water and raw water pH close,so as to achieve the purpose of descaling. In this paper, the calculation model of acid addition was established based on the relationship between carbonic acid balance and solubility product, and more than ten actual water samples were used to verify the acid addition model. At the same time, the common acid used for water treatment was mixed and mixed to develop scale acid scale inhibitors and applicable conditions suitable for different drinking water quality. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:?1?A stoichiometric model of acid addition was established.Based on the acid-alkali equilibrium in water and the principle of conversion, the solubility product relationship of carbon dioxide, calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide in water establishes a stoichiometric model for the addition of acid to remove scale.?2?Validation of stoichiometric model.Nine different types of groundwater samples were used to verify the model. It was found that the relative error between the amount of acid added and the amount of acid added in the stoichiometric model was less than 7%,R2=0.98,which proved that the model had higher accuracy.A continuous 48-hour stability experiment was conducted using five groundwater sources. The alkalinity values of the water samples treated with the acidity calculations were relatively stable, and the relative deviation was less than 5%.The turbidity values of the water samples after boiling were also stable. Both are less than 1NTU.?3?A simplified model for adding acid was established.Sensitivity analysis was performed for each influencing factor of the stoichiometric model, and the main part of the removal of bicarbonate was calcium carbonate, and a simplified model was established.Multiple water samples were also used for verification, resulting in simplified model addition of acid. The error between the amount and the actual amount of acid added is small, and two conditions for using the acid addition model are formulated.?4?Developed a new acid scale inhibitor.By considering the nature, cost and safety of the antiseptic acid,we chose to dilute concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid to make a new type of acid scale inhibitor. It is recommended that the volume ratio of new scale inhibitor be 1:31:5,hydrogen ion concentration is 1014mol/L.A variety of actual water samples were used to verify that the new acid scale inhibitor had better treatment effect and stability, and corresponding formulation standards and usage specifications were formulated for different water samples.
