As an important blood biochemical index, the concentration of in blood serum, which is carbon dioxide combinability, reflects on the metabolism enginery activity. It can be used in judging the clinic patient's acid-alkali balance and electrolyte foul-up. Measuring the concentration of in blood serum has being a daily diagnosis and treat means. The state of an illness can be judged exactly only by the exact test result, through which the medicine is instructed used and the corresponding measure is adopted. With the development of physic, the improvement of clinic inspection quality is more and more relied on the advancement of testing technique and the development of inspection apparatus.Based on analyzing domestic and overseas researching actuality and comparing some measuring means, this article confirms the study project of using titration principium in testing the concentration of in blood serum.The basic theory of acid-alkali titration is dissertated in this article, which established the theory base for the researching of this apparatus. Aiming at the difficulty of the titer measurement and ending judgment, the dissertation brings forward the resolution project and presents the collectivity design.Principle of each part of the apparatus is analyzed; realization circuits of each part are designed. According to the characteristic that the measured blood serum sample's volume is very small, the reasonable transportation device is selected, the minim titration device and the driver circuits of transportation facility are designed. The basic principle of spectrum method in color measuring and its specialty are analyzed, and it is used in judging the ending of acid-alkali titration. The whole structure and the light source driver circuit are designed in detail; the single chip control system's hardware interface and software design are given.Finally, through experiment and data analyses, this apparatus shows good repetition and highly precision. This proves that the apparatus can satisfy the demand of clinic inspection and has good practical value.
