With the rapid development of pipe jacking,the pipe diameter is getting larger and larger,especially with large diameter pipe jacking,construction control is also more difficult,and there are more safety accidents.How to use effective technical measures and management methods to prevent accidents during construction,reduce the possibility of accidents or reduce the losses caused by accidents has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the safety risk management of large diameter pipe jacking.In order to improve the anti-risk ability of large-diameter pipe jacking projects and establish and improve the safety risk assessment system of pipe jacking construction,based on the research and carding of risk management and risk management of large-diameter pipe jacking construction at home and abroad,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and current situation of risk management of large-diameter pipe jacking,and uses the risk assessment method of operating conditions,risk matrix method,expert investigation method,subjective scoring method and index system method to build the safety risk assessment model of large-diameter pipe jacking construction,determines the risk factors of large-diameter pipe jacking construction,and puts forward risk response control measures to reduce the risk of large-diameter pipe jacking construction.Main research contents and some important conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper summary the development status of pipe jacking construction technology at home and abroad and the research status of pipe jacking safety risk assessment at home and abroad.This paper introduces the principle,basic steps and contents of risk management,and at the same time,combining with the characteristics of pipe jacking construction and the present situation of enterprise risk management,analyzes the construction safety risk analysis and evaluation methods suitable for current enterprises.(2)This paper is based on expert survey method,brainstorming method,checklist method,risk assessment method,risk matrix method,expert survey method,subjective scoring method and index system method as the basic method of risk identification to build a safety risk evaluation model for large diameter pipe jacking.In the stage of risk assessment for the establishment of risk assessment system,the influential factors of the major construction engineering in the scope of the project are identified,the risk sources are directly included in the major risk source management category,and the safety technical measures and management measures of the construction units are further evaluated to make the risk management more pertinent.(3)This paper takes part of pipe jacking project in the upper reaches of Shijing River(Jun Heyong and Xia Maoyong)for example.Safety risk evaluation method are applied to analyze and evaluate all risk factors in pipe jacking engineering to identify the overall risk,general risk and important risk of the project,and identify major risk sources and formulate sound coping strategies.Through the practical application of the safety risk assessment model,the construction risk of the large diameter pipe jacking section in the upper reaches of the Shijing River(mean he Chung and Xia Maoyong)has been effectively controlled.In the process,there is no more serious accidents.The application of this model provides a basis for safety risk management of large-diameter pipe jacking construction in the future.
