In this paper,based on the current domestic cities in order to solve the current situation of the traffic system pressure to develop urban rail transit,and traditional blasting construction,there are many disadvantages based on the superiority of mechanical construction,more and more cities begin to use shield TBM to construct subway tunnels,but the shield TBM construction also has many risks.This article introduces the construction risks of the compound TBM by introducing the research on the construction risks and the construction characteristics of the compound TBM.Taking concrete engineering as an example,the method of construction risks analysis and risk assessment method of composite TBM is studied.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)According to the general characteristics of the complex TBM risk,the construction risk factors of metro TBM are divided into three categories: hydrological,geological and environmental;Mechanical equipment adaption;Human factors.This paper presents a method to identify the risk source of 3d web programming model.(2)Based on three-dimensional theory,a model for the identification of the risk source of three-dimensional network of TBM construction was established.According to Qingdao metro line 2 project information collection,analysis of its potential risk source,(Qingdao)of rock city subway with composite TBM construction risk source identification and summary it is concluded that Qingdao subway typical construction risk source list,it is concluded that the line is mainly risk concentration in TBM construction stage.(3)By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional operation hazard condition evaluation method,improve the probability of accident occurrence and the result of accident,and make it more realistic and practical.And use the improved LEC evaluation method of Qingdao metro line 2 to evaluate risk of TBM construction phase,combing out risk source list and put forward the prevention and control measures,for subsequent use of Qingdao subway TBM construction risk control to provide certain reference.(4)Based on the risk classification of 3d model,the corresponding measures are put forward for the prevention and control of TBM construction risk from typical risk,TBM design and geological response.Three-dimensional network programming model to simulate the risk source recognition,and uses the improved LEC method for composite TBM construction safety risk evaluation,can be more objective and accurate evaluation of risk rating,more in line with the construction practice,these methods are complex in the first attempt to TBM construction risks management.
