At the present stage,many cities in China have gradually transformed from the “production city” in the industrial age to the modern “consumer city”.How to solve the remaining old industrial buildings in the city has become an important issue in the transformation and development of cities.In the process of seeking to solve the problem of resolving old urban industrial buildings,the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings has become an important issue.At the same time,people are affected by the concept of ecology and building composite skins has become an important technical means in the transformation.It is the key to this article to study the relevant fields at home and abroad,analyze,collate and contrast,and find a reasonable transformation strategy to seek common ground while reserving differences.The first step of this paper analyzes and demonstrates the justification of the ecological reconstruction of old industrial buildings and the ecological rationality of the complex epidermal means in the transformation methods,and consolidates the cornerstone of the research topic.Based on the establishment of the research project,the second step of the paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant knowledge content of the ecological composite skin reconstruction technology and establishes the knowledge system of the ecological composite skin reconstruction technology.The third step conducted in-depth research on four influential and representative reform cases at home and abroad,analyzed and sorted out the advanced technologies used in actual cases,verified the second step knowledge system,and obtained a credible conclusion.In the final step of this paper,based on the conclusions of the theoretical research and investigation institute,a set of feasible composite skin design method strategies was proposed.In the transformation and design of ecological composite skin,in the positioning of different transformation functions,thermal insulation,lighting and sunshading,hot-pressing ventilation,wind pressure ventilation,sound insulation and noise reduction,urban environment,and natural resources should be considered.Through clear-cut,reasonable and effective design methods and strategies,the ecological value of old industrial buildings will be improved,and the actual functions of old industrial buildings will be adapted to make due contributions to the healthy development of cities and the natural environment...
