With the current social development,energy and environmental problems have become increasingly serious.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings can effectively lower building energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution.However,there are still many deficiencies in the design process of prefabricated buildings.In the standardized design and modular design of components,the existing design software is difficult to implement the function of automatic separation,which makes the design consume a lot of human resources;component design,the embedded components and pre Staying in the hole,put forward more stringent requirements for the collaborative design of the project,and the current design software is difficult to meet;the current design precision of prefabricated components is insufficient,and the damage rate of components remains high,which increases the cost of the project.The development of BIM(Building Information Model)technology has brought forward new solutions for many problems in the design of fabricated structures.At present,the application of BIM technology in cast-in-place buildings is relatively complete,but the BIM technology of prefabricated architectural design needs further study,especially the two aspects of component separation and structural analysis.At present,there are few softwares with component splitting technology and single forms of prefabricated components.In terms of structural analysis,the specifications based on foreign software are not applicable to domestic,and the functions of domestic software work platforms are not perfect enough,and information exchange is more difficult.In view of the above two issues,this paper has done the following work:First of all,the design flow of the prefabricated structure and design contents and requirements of each stage are analyzed.Different design flows are compared.Moreover,advantages of BIM-based structural design and commonly-used BIM software are introduced.Lastly,research is made on BIM software with similar functions,and Revit of Autodesk Company is selected as the most suitable BIM software platformSecondly,in response to deficiencies of Revit in its 2 functions,secondary development of Revit is made,to design and develop software modules with functions of reading users’ input information,automatically achieving rational component separation and generating steel-hooped blot-plugging welded joints,so as to solve the technological problem of column-column joint separation.Thirdly,PKPM is the most widely used structural design software in China,but it does not have the function of automatic checking of the bearing capacity of steel-hoop bolt-plugging welded joints.This article applies the secondary development function of PKPM’s secondary development interface PDB-IO and Revit to research and development software module for reading the calculation information of SATWE,and prefabricating column selected for users in the secondary development of Revit,the bearing capacity of the prefabricated column-column joint is calculated,and the prefabricated column’s joint accounting book is generated,achieved the function of automatic accounting for prefabricated components.Lastly,the No.1 building in Area B of Zhongguancun Industrial Park in Zhangzhou is taken as an engineering case using the software module in this article to simulate the BIM-based design and application of prefabricated structures,to perfect the design flow of prefabricated structures and test the actual application result of the column-column joint separation technology for prefabricated structures and the BIM software function modules developed in this research.
