Study On The Spatial Renewal Strategy Of Zhujiayu Traditional Village In Jinan From The Perspective Of Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is largely adapted to market demand and urban-rural integration process,which has a strong policy guiding and the spontaneous characteristics of the masses.With distinctive local features and regional culture characteristics of the development of rural tourism and construction not only provides the urban new tourism and leisure area and space,for farmers to get rich and rural development has brought new opportunities.Resources of traditional village culture is bearing the weight of the civilization of human society,how to make the regional culture and the development of modern tourism better integration,realize the sustainable development of village tourism is a problem to be solved.In this paper,the space of traditional village rural tourism development in the process of updating problem as the research content,in jinan zhujiajian valley space update design as the research object,from the theoretical research and field research,analysis of forms and functions,etc.,from the perspective of daily life and travel update construction,analyzes the specific function of village space pattern,structure type and residents.On the basis of feasibility analysis,from the perspective of tourism planning research zhujiajian valley space form and the tourism planning strategy,and then put forward comprehensive life model update strategy,external space,living space,on the basis of update strategy and design principles,to update project design and analysis.This paper mainly from the rural tourism,the space view of features and characteristics of residents live three systematic generalization of zhujiajian valley,so as to update space pattern classification,and selected specific case studies.Thus,in a variety of factors under the restriction of current condition and development,and operation forms,living,tourism and cultural characteristics and so on analysis and update strategy,compared with the traditional only from the perspective of building their own rural tourism,is more comprehensive,and with the construction and development of tourism in particular,and then sums up the traditional village space for different problems in the update of coping strategies and the design method,as in other villages offer reference for sustainable tourism development.The research covers most of the villages have low level of material,backward industrial structure,basic living functions have been unable to meet the requirements of the present stage of the construction of scenic spots and so on some need urgently to solve the problem,the paper space update research mainly on the basis of zhujiajian valley,an ancient village and new village,for the original resource advantage,found the ancient village,new village under the background of tourism development opportunity and the possibility of space transform update,analyze the protect the interest of the settlement space form,at the same time rely on tourism to drive the development of other industries,thus forming a virtuous cycle,to further promote the development of zhujiajian valley economy.
