VDT work has become a typical form of work in college students' work.The rate of computer ownership and utilization of college students has been rising.The fatigue of VDT work has become an important issue worthy of attention.With the rapid popularization of VDT,the fast development of APP,the eye protection mode,has become a major selling point.However,its eye protection effect has no public data support.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation "Research on VDT office light environment based on physical fitness"(No.51778081)and Project(CXTDX201601005)supported by funds for innovation team building,Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.In this study,through theoretical research,questionnaire research,field investigation and Experimental Research on the use of "to evaluate the visual expression of eye APP after operation,visual function and study the different" eye "background color,for college students to get a better VDT work light environment play a positive role in promoting.Found that the visual performance experiment of LED fixed optical environment using the eye of APP,the original display environment in self-conscious symptoms,the color on the performance of APP was better than that of the eye pattern display environment,and color performance,APP 50% eye protection percentage is better than 100% eye protection percentage.The experiment can not make a further judgement on the color sense symptom of 50% and 100% eyes.It is worth noting that although the score of the original display environment is better than that of the APP's eye protection mode,it shows that the preference of the environment to eye protection mode is higher than that of the original display environment.This may be because subjective evaluation data(self perceived symptom score)can not accurately reflect the actual fatigue state of the subjects,and the evaluation of the environment preference does not accurately reflect the real environmental preferences of subjects at this time.Therefore,in the future research,objective data measurement and subjective evaluation should be used to study the results in order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results.The visual function of different LED light environment and background color,Set the three independent variables of illumination(50lx,300 lx,750lx),color temperature(4000K,2700K),screen background color(white,blue,green,red).The study found that all the experimental conditions,illuminance 750 lx and color temperature 4000 K were the most suitable environmental light conditions for VDT operation of college students.The conclusions are as follows: in the red and green color background levels.The subjects performed better in performance,NASA_TLX score,color vision test;blue background color,the subjects in the evaluation,subjective symptoms of subjective preference the best performance;no obvious advantage in white on the various indicators of visual performance,and in the 750lx\4000K,300lx\2700K,50lx\4000K light environment under the left and right eye near visual acuity score is poor.The combination of theoretical research and field research results on workplace students VDT and its operation in light environment,recommended VDT writing work in the library,classrooms,studios,green and red background color is the most reasonable choice,followed by the blue and white visual function is the worst;VDT activity in the text the bedroom,bedroom should make appropriate adjustments according to the VDT work surface of the ambient light is different: if the working face temperature is low,you should consider the blue background color,if illumination is low,you should choose a blue or red background color.
