As the most important mode of urban rail transit,the subway has become the first choice for people to travel and is also an important means to solve urban traffic congestion.As the core component of the metro vehicle,the performance of the bogie is related to the safety and ride comfort of the whole vehicle.It needs comprehensive performance test after its disassembly,maintenance and reassembly.After the test is qualified,the vehicle can be loaded and run.The subway bogie test-bed is a non standard equipment.Due to the early research and development time of the test bench,the lack of experience of the R &D personnel and the lack of industry standard specification guidance,some problems have been exposed in the actual use process,mainly in two aspects: the defects of mechanical structure and the lack of test function.Aiming at these two problems,this paper analyzes the main causes of the above problems and optimizes the design on this basis.In the mechanical structure,in view of the existence of the carton phenomenon in the process of lifting and lifting platform,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the support lifting platform by finite element simulation,and the reasons for the emergence of the carton phenomenon in the process of lifting and lifting are found.Under the premise that the structure of the existing test platform is greatly changed,the main frame structure and the guide column and sleeve of the lifting platform are optimized.In view of the difficult movement of the sliding bearing of the driving wheel wheelbase adjustment mechanism,through the analysis of the cause of the problem and the calculation of the pressing force between the wheel and the driving wheel,the adjustment mechanism of the driving wheel wheelbase of the test rig and the corresponding pressure loop are redesigned.In terms of test function,the test function of air spring tightness test and the active running test function of the power bogie are newly designed.According to the air spring air tightness test technology,the structure of Longmen frame,the pressure loop and the hydraulic circuit are designed,and the strength and stiffness of the structure of the Longmen frame are tested.Through the estimation of the no-load current of the traction motor,the power of the inverter is re chosen,and the BICO technology of the inverter is studied and applied,and the control mode of the driving motor of the test bench and the traction motor of the bogie is designed.Finally,some data acquisition methods are optimized,and the optimized electronic control system of the test-bed is combed,and the PLC control program is rewritten.The OPC client software application program is written in VB programming language,and the client interface of the host computer is redesigned.
