In 2014,the State Administration for Industry and Commerce released "Announcement on Stopping the Implementation of the Record Filing of Automobile Distributors and Authorized Dealers of Automobile Brands" The sales of imported cars in China are no longer restricted by brand authorization.Since then,the legalization of parallel import channels has ushered in a good opportunity for development.As the state promulgated a series of support for parallel imported vehicles,major distributors followed suit to carry out the parallel imported car business,the market share of parallel imports of automobiles has also been increasing,becoming the main selling channel outside the 4S channel of imported cars.In this context,from the perspective of supply chain,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the mechanism of the channel opening up of parallel import vehicles to the import car market and the practice of carrying out parallel import business by dealers.Based on the perspective of supply chain,combines the competition and pricing decision method of dual channel supply chain,This paper depicts the competition decision problem of parallel importing dealers and dealers,and discusses the mechanism of the parallel import channel opening to the imported car market,and the impact of the parallel import vehicle business with dealers on operational decisions.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and research significance.The second chapter reviews the market characteristics and development status of parallel imported cars at home and abroad as well as the related research of the dual-channel supply chain,and lays the theoretical foundation of this article.The third chapter discusses the impact of parallel imports of automobile importers on the imported vehicle market by depicting the supply chain competition models of parallel imported car dealers and dealers in different situations.Chapter 4 further constructs the policy response and pricing strategy for dealers to carry out parallel import vehicle business from the perspective of supply chain considering the policy favorable factors,and discusses the impact of parallel import business on dealer operations.The fifth chapter integrates the results of the third chapter and the fourth chapter,and draws the conclusions of this study,and put forward the research prospects.Research shows that: After the parallel import of automobiles,the development of parallel import channels can eliminate the effect of brand owners on price monopoly,and can reshape the profit distribution pattern of the imported car market,but it depends on the potential market share of parallel imported cars.Moreover,the degree of influence of brand owners who have absolute interests in the parties is relatively small.At the same time,it can stimulate the domestic market demand and increase the overall profit of the supply chain.The efficiency of the supply chain also increases greatly with the increase of the degree of competition in the channel;The distribution of dealers' parallel import vehicle business depends on the supply chain structure they adopt,and the inevitable conflicts arising from the development of new business to the 4S channel will impact its overall profit;The introduction of parallel import business can weaken the status of brand owners and reduce the operational risk brought about by wholesale price fluctuations on the supply side.
