| The development of the industrial power,the real economy is the strong manifestation of the national competitiveness,and the automobile industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.China has the world’s largest auto market,which means that China’s auto industry has great potential for development.However,our country’s automobile industry started relatively late,and it has only ushered in a leap-forward development since the reform and opening up.On the back of rapid development,the foundation is not solid enough,which leads to a certain gap between domestic independent brands and foreign automobile brands.Faced with the high standards of people and the inadequacies of the development of China’s automobile industry,it is urgently necessary for domestic independent brands to effectively optimize and improve product quality and shorten the product development cycle under the premise of ensuring costs,and lay down the curve for overtaking in the future for the Chinese automobile industry.Solid foundation.The assembly quality of a car is directly related to the car’s driving performance,appearance,and driving feelings,and it is also one of the major issues that restrict the promotion of the comprehensive competitiveness of independent brands.The assembly of automobiles is mainly through the distribution of reasonable dimensional tolerances for each component assembly,and domestic independent brands lack systematic specification and settings in this area.Such results lead to longer debugging time,longer product development cycle,and higher costs.,And the quality of assembly can not be effectively guaranteed.Many domestic independent brands have also gradually realized the seriousness of this issue and gradually established a relatively complete and comprehensive research system for dimensional engineering technology.The core idea source and system theory of dimensional engineering research,that is,the whole is greater than the sum of parts,and the assembled assembly of qualified parts does not necessarily meet the production requirements.Dimensional engineering realizes closed-loop analysis of dimensional tolerances through the vehicle’s dimensional design,assembly size control,and production size feedback,effectively improving assembly accuracy and reducing manufacturing costs.Automobile suspension is an important component of a car and is directly related to the driving safety and steering stability of a car.The suspension system is assembled from a number of components such as a subframe,a swing arm,a shock absorber,and a steering knuckle.Quality directly affects the accuracy of the car’s four-wheel alignment parameters.During trial production of an independent brand AS37 model,the camber angle of the front wheel is very poor,which is lower than the requirement of the company’s line rate.In order to solve this practical problem,this paper is based on the dimension engineering and uses the tolerance simulation tool to combine theoretical practice.The way to study the suspension system deviation.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)Briefly describe the application of dimensional engineering in automobile manufacturing.(2)Dimensional engineering analysis of a passenger car suspension system and theoretical calculation of deviation distribution of the front wheel camber.(3)Establish an assembly model for the suspension system of the vehicle,perform simulations,and analyze the simulation results.(4)Convert the actual CM4 D data of the company into the DEV format for simulation,identify the source of the deviation,and optimize it to improve the assembly quality of the target vehicle suspension. |
