The assembly of body and chassis is the key assembly link in the whole vehicle assembly process,its assembly quality directly affects the vehicle performance.The chassis usually includes four parts: transmission system,driving system,steering system and braking system.In which,suspension system belongs to the driving system,directly match with body in assembly process,so the body and suspension assembly is the core part of the body,chassis assembly.In the actual manufacturing process,on the one hand,the white body is welded by many complicated sheet parts.The sheet metal itself has manufacturing deviation,the welding fixture has positioning deviation,and the sheet metal will deform during heating in the welding process,all of these will cause the position deviation of the mounting hole corresponding to the chassis suspension,on the other hand,suspension itself also has manufacturing and assembly deviation,thus,the position deviation of the matching installation holes will directly affect the body and suspension assembly quality,ultimately affect the vehicle performance.In this paper,the McPherson suspension structure is analyzed,and the influence of manufacturing deviation on assembly quality is studied to provide guidance for actual production process.The main content of this paper can be divided into three parts:(1)Kinematic analysis and deviation modeling of suspension mechanismThe kinematic analysis of the mechanism is carried out according to the specific structure of the suspension,and we established the mathematical model of deviation analysis and Adams simulation model.The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the results of these two different models.Through the deviation analysis model,the influence of the position deviation of the key hard points on the front wheel positioning parameters is studied.And an indirect detection method is given for calculating position deviation of suspension key hard point based on detection value of front wheel positioning parameter.(2)Assembly simulation and deviation analysis considering actual manufacturing deviationAccording to the measured data of body manufacturing deviation and the manufacturing deviation of the key installation hole position of the suspension,this part uses the mature deviation analysis software VSA to carry on the assembly deviation simulation of the automobile body and the front suspension assembly process.The possible position deviations of the key hard points in the actual production process are obtained through the simulation.This part studied the influence of manufacturing deviation of vehicle body and suspension on the critical hard point position of suspension.(3)Structural design of chassis detect bench and Parameter detection schemeThe structural design of the chassis detect bench is carried out for the specific models,on which the position deviation of body and suspension matching holes can be simulated and the four wheel positioning parameters can be detected.Combining with the previous theoretical analysis,we can detect the position error of the suspension key hard point through the detect bench,and find out the key manufacturing deviation factors that cause the hard point position error,provide an effective testing tools for actual production...
