In the context of globalization, there is a gradual convergence of architecture.Because of the relatively slow development of rural areas, some regional features are preserved, but it is also difficult to avoid being eroded by strong urban culture, technology, and capital. In recent years, urban construction has gradually became saturated,so the national policy has turned to support rural development, and rural construction has been valued by all sectors of society.More and more architects are engaged in rural practice activities and have explored a large number of architectural design strategies and methods, resulting in a series of architectural works that reflect the background of the times and meet the rural characteristics and social values.By establishing the correlation between the goals of different subjects(government, investors, public welfare forces and villagers)and the practical strategies of architects, this paper sums up the ways for architects to deal with the goals of different subjects. It is hoped that the strategy of architects to deal with different subjects' goals can provide a practical direction for architects involved in rural projects. This paper analyzed the practice direction and macro strategy, due to the differences in regional situation in our country,it is difficult to one by one,the construction technology is discussed through rural research activities building project,so the research can still be around to specific technical problems. The research range is limited to rural areas because the regions below the town are usually reserved for natural and historical and cultural information, and have a relatively small population density and a more traditional style of life. This article first to the contemporary into the country as a whole different body features and phenomena, from the role, goal, mechanism and problems from four aspects analyzes the government, investors, public welfare organizations and villagers' leading rural construction, and analyzes the position of architect in the construction activities. The government is the most important force in rural construction,so in the third and fourth chapters, the rural practice of architects is divided into two categories: government leading and policy guiding.Government dominance refers to the government as the owner of the project, while policy guidance refers to the government guiding investors, public welfare institutions and villages into the countryside, and the owners are not the government but them.By collecting architectural cases in rural areas, this paper sorts out the practical strategies of architects to meet the requirements of various builders, summarizes the common problems and methods, and reflects on the scientific research building project of shizhu county agriculture committee that the author participated in all the time.Through case analysis and project practice, this paper summarizes the practice strategies of architects in rural construction. In government-led projects, public buildings should convey appropriate images based on the future development of the village, while the design of residential houses should provide villagers opportunity to choose according to their own circumstances, and the post-disaster reconstruction can use prefabricated components to increase the speed of construction. In policy-led projects, the focus of investor-led production projects is to reduce costs,tourism-based construction focuses on combining traditional forms and modern functions to meet citizens' needs. While the project led by public welfare forces focuses on the introduction of new technologies, new forms, and the integration of rural communities through construction, and rural-led projects needs to express modern life into the countrysideAt last, starting from the current state of urban and rural development, enhancing mobility and changing concepts, the paper discusses the impact of macro factors on rural development. And also summarizing the architect's active response to construction methods, media, and roles in the project, which is based on a conclusion of design strategies.
