With the booming development of the wind power industry,wind power hoisting accidents often happen,making wind power components and lifting equipment damaged,and even causing casualties and great losses.At present,due to the fact that the development of wind resources under the height of 90 meters in China has become saturated,high tower wind power has become a new trend of wind power development.The height of wind power hoisting has been continuously rising,in addition to the development of high-power wind turbines,the height of hoisting height and the increase in hoisting weight make the high tower wind power hoisting methods more complex and dangerous.In order to make the crawler crane adapt to the complex working environment and make the hoisting scheme safely and efficiently,it is an engineering science problem to research the safety of crawler crane jib to hoist high tower wind power.This paper uses the actual hoisting case of a wind farm as the background,uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA to build the model of crawler crane to hoist high tower wind power components and carries out hoisting dynamics research.The mechanical property of jib was researched under normal operating conditions that is crane cabin,tower,and impeller are hoisted by crawler crane for three different types of wind directions appointed for standard.Meanwhile,the mechanical property analysis of jib was researched on two unusual working conditions in which the sudden strong wind and sudden drop of wind power components occurred in the hoisting process to make sure safety of hoisting.According to Muiti-condition analysis results,the model maximum displacement of towering complex main and auxiliary arm combination jib in crawler crane to hoist high tower wind power is located at the top arm of tower-type jib,and the model maximum stress is located on the front strut and rear strut.Therefore,when designing and manufacturing,the main and auxiliary jib needs to improve the rigidity,the front strut and rear strut need to increase the strength.During the operation of crawler crane,the impact of wind load on the crawer crane is obvious and the wind load of different wind directions has different effects on crawler crane jib.Comparing the displacement and stress of jib when the three wind directions under normal hoisting conditions,it is known that when the wind direction is along the side of crawer crane,the displacement and stress of jib are the largest.When the wind direction is along the front side of crawer crane,the displacement and stress of jib are min.In most cases,the jib is in a downward pressure status,but the jib will also be raised occasionally.This is due to the combined effect of light weight and wind direction.When crawer crane hoists wind power component,priority is given to hoisting when the wind is in the direction along the front of crawer crane,followed as the wind in direction along the backside and side of crawer crane.Under abnormal conditions,jib will undergo dramatic displacement and stress changes in a short period of time.There will be large amplitude vibration at each structure of jib,and the stress will also increase rapidly.It should be avoided.
