With the development of the clean energy industry of high tower wind turbine in plain area,more stringent requirements are demanded in the safety and lifting performances of cranes.As the weight and installation height of large wind turbine components in plain area gradually increase,previously used large crawler or all-surface cranes are faced with a sharp increase in manufacturing and transfer costs.Because the small area and narrow working space in lifting wind turbine,a new type of special luffing jib tower crane is emerging.This kind of special tower crane with low cost of manufacture and transfer,is developed in latterly China.The super high wind power tower crane studied in this thesis is different from the luffing jib crane used in the construction field.In order to reduce the secondary maintenance caused by the surface adhesion damage of the fan tower drum,the installation time is extended.The tower crane used for lifting wind turbine cannot be attached to the tower barrel of wind turbine,and can only rely on its own structural performance to achieve the required performance of lifting wind turbine.It is required that the special tower crane for high tower wind turbine in the process of self-installation without lifting any possible posture can achieve the required wind resistance.Therefore,the research on the mechanical property design and the wind vibration effect of high attitude has become an important topic.According to the structure characteristics of tower crane for high tower wind turbine.Firstly,the linear filtering and harmonic superposition method of average and pulsating wind loads are first discussed in this thesis,and the wind loading mechanism of high-rise truss structure is discussed in detail.Secondly,finite element modeling is carried out for tower crane for wind power.It is divided into several modules of tower body,such as lifting and luffing mechanism.The appropriate element type is selected for parametric modeling in the local coordinate system,so the load combination of each stage of self-installation of tower crane is studied in detail.Thirdly,the solving equation of wind load in each installation stage of tower crane is established.The strength,stiffness and buckling stability of the whole structure under the action of wind force at each stage are analyzed.The main natural frequencies and modes of the tower crane are obtained by modal analysis of the model after installation.Then the simulated pulsating wind speed spectrum is applied to the established finite element model to study the performance carred wind.The time-history response curves of displacement,velocity and acceleration at key points are extracted,and the time history response curve of axial stress at the maximum stress element on different components are obtained.It is judged that the wind-induced seismic effect of special tower crane structure has a tendency of gradual attenuation and stability in the wind-induced seismic process and whether it is within the safe range.In this paper,the wind-shock effect of each typical stage during the installation of the tower crane for high tower wind power is studied.Ensure its stability and security in non-working state.And it provides the design support for the development of this kind of tower crane for high tower wind generator.
