In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,the application of network technology is more and more widely,wireless network by its flexibility and mobility is increasingly favored by people,the application of wireless network fully integrated into our life and production,mobile phones,tablets,intelligent television and other electronic equipment,people's life,production and industry have had a great impact.In industrial production,the application of wireless technology is becoming more and more common,mobile phone wireless charging,wireless remote doorbell,electronic remote keyless entry and so on are the typical characteristics of wireless network in the internet of things application.In the modern large-scale manufacturing workshop,in order to save manpower and improve work efficiency,a large number of enterprises have installed the AGV system for the workshop.The application of AGV system meets the needs of intelligent workshop production.However,how to monitor the AGV car in a large number of workshops and how to ensure the monitoring means is efficient and accurate is the problem that the AGV vehicle monitoring system must solve at present.This paper first reviews the relevant data at home and abroad,analyzes the development status and development trend of AGV technology,and focuses on the planning layout,mathematical modeling,control system,software and hardware design of AGV car.AGV centralized control system mainly consists of three parts,including wifi data acquisition terminal,data concentrator and centralized control center.This paper takes the ARM9 development board,data concentrator and wireless module as the main line,focuses on the wifi data terminal main distributed status,communication network uses wireless communication,through the wireless AP and the vehicle terminal toconnect,to ensure that the communication is stable and convenient.Centralized control center as an effective data detection terminal,mainly to provide the warehouse administrator with a visual display interface,convenient for workers to real-time detect the corresponding AGV vehicle movement status,missing materials,materials and other information.According to the data information reported by wifi data concentrator,the vehicle movement location information is collected in real time,the corresponding AGV vehicle routing is stored and planned,and the vehicle is commanded to drive in the optimal path so that the whole system can achieve the highest work efficiency.Finally,the application system was developed on ARM9 development board,and the wireless scheduling and monitoring of AGV car was successfully realized,which verified the reasonable and effective design work.
