Pressure-bearing special equipment is an important type of equipment for promoting the social development and national industrial progress.The safety of pressure-bearing special equipment is closely associated with life safety,property safety,social stability and national progress.Social is on the way of progress,the quantity of pressure-bearing special equipment is keep growing at the same time.Due to the high risk of pressure-bearing special equipment,it's frequently cause the accident during use.The accident not only threaten the security of people's life,but also brings huge economic losses and environment damage that can is difficult to repair,all of these can create negative impact on society.Compared with foreign countries,our risk management level is a little backward,the way of risk management can't absolutely adapt our actual situation.It's important to research the risk management of pressurebearing special equipment during the process of using,high level risk management can ensure the life safety,the social stability,and guarantee the economic prosperity.The research is based on the operation and supervise condition of pressure-bearing special equipment in QinHuangdao,statistics and analysis the data of pressure-bearing special equipment,analysis the typical accident,use the concepts of 4M,distinguish and analysis the risk factors during pressure-bearing special equipment's operation process.Risk factors based on four factors,including accident and personnel factors,equipment factors,environmental factors and management factors.On the base of risk factors,structure the pressure-bearing special equipment risk evaluation index system,the system including four secondary index and every secondary index have it's own basic layer index.Use the analytic hierarchy process set the weight of secondary index,and the principal component analysis set the weight of basic layer index.Apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the risk evaluation on pressure-bearing special equipment,reduced the influence of people concept,improved the accuracy of evaluation.Based on the risk evaluation index system,with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,assess the pressure-bearing boiler's risk of a company in QinHuangdao.Obtain the risk level of human factor,equipment factor,environment factor,management factor and the whole boiler under used.The evaluation result shows that the unit risk level of the boiler is in a state of basically safety.In addition to the high level of environmental factors,the other three aspects are at a low level.The safety of boiler operation needs to be improved.According to the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,find out the key risk factors of boiler operation,put forward the countermeasures of risk management aim at personnel index,equipment index and management index,help the company improve operation condition and risk management level.
