Power system planning plays the co-ordinate and Guidelines roles in the development of power system,which should be carely focused.Transmission planning which is an important part of power system planning which firmly affect the stablity and reliablity of power system planning and economic benefits of the investment.Yulin district of Shaanxi province where has obvious advantages of energy and resources,is an important area focus on developing energy,chemical and renewable energy.During 2011 to 2015,power load and installed capacity of Yulin district will continue to maintain a high growth.However,due to institutional,historical factors and other reasons,Yulin grid exists problems that development lags behind,grid structure is relatively weak,the reliability is not high,etc.It’s necessary to further study Yulin transmission planning.Based on the weaknesses finded by the analysis of the current status of Yulin grid,this paper further studies on the five-year’s transmission planning of Yulin power grid.Firstly,by the conventional transmission planning method analysis and considering the actual of Yulin power grid,this paper proposes the principles,methods and processes of Yulin transmission planning.Secondly,we analysis four typical operating modes of Yulin current grid such as winter large,winter small,summer large,and summer small in order to identify the weaknesses of the grid.Thirdly,we focuses on the single-supply substations,heavy loaded transmisson lines and transfomers and other weakness and conducted N-1 static analysis to propose corresponding measures.Finally,by considering the load forecasting and power planning,the analysis result of the current grid,long-term development of Yulin grid and other factors,this paper gives the five-year transmission planning recommended scheme of Yulun power grid by using the proposed principles,methods and processes.The recommended scheme stressly analyzes 750 kV and 330 kV transmisson planning of Yulin grid,and briefly describes the 110 kV planning thought.This paper will provide some technical support for Yulin transmission planning and promote development quality of Yulin power grid.
