A New Intelligent Leakage Alarm Device Of Induction Furnace

The steel ruler is one of the most common line measuring instruments,the principle is simple,The steel ruler is easy to use,the application is very extensive,so the steel ruler measurement becomes particularly important.The standard equipment of steel ruler has been used for many years in our hospital.The measurement accuracy is low,labor intensity is big,and detection efficiency is low.With the state attaches great importance to the metrology industry,the number of steel ruler inspection is also gradually increasing,which requires more simple and measurement accuracy to meet the testing requirements of the measuring device.Therefore,the technical renovation of standard equipment for steel ruler is necessary and urgent.In order to satisfy the verification requirement,this paper developed a steel ruler automatic verification device,this device adopts the comparative measurement,standard ruler and tested compared to CCD feet,camera instead of human sight reading,image processing after obtaining reticle to realize the difference test of steel rule.The hardware system is completed by using stepper motor driven mobile CCD camera,the grating sensor constantly on the slider position for real-time detection,and the displacement of the detected feedback controller is compared with the displacement instructions given,as the comparison difference of displacement of the new directive further drive the locating block until you reach the positioning accuracy required so far.The system includes the minimum system of the controller,stepper motor driver based on C8051F020 microcontroller as the core module,the grating signal receiving and processing module,LED module,digital tube display position information module and PC communication module etc..This design uses Altium Designer for hardware circuit design and PCB plate making,based on Keil platform for lower computer program design,development,write each module program,realize the function.Through the hardware system design,welding and debugging with software program to achieve the normal operation of the system.After testing,the hardware system can realize the accurate counting feedback of the grating,the motor drive,mobile control and other functions,which provides the hardware foundation for the high-precision and automatic measurement of the whole system.After many field experiments,the research shows that the installation process is simple,low cost,high detection efficiency,and the accuracy meets the requirements of the verification,automatic verification function can be achieved,and the results are reliable.
