3D laser scanning technology has fast measurement speed, the large amount of data accuracy assurance, continuous automatic measurement technology advantage, are increasingly been used to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of the amount of information of the measured surface mass. Widely used in the field of surveying and mapping applications in the field of heritage preservation and reconstruction, urban design, planning and management, processing and manufacturing, health care, defense industry, movie special effects production prospects are increasingly widespread. However, China is still no specification for3D laser scanning technology or procedures, no professional organizations, technical testing and calibration, this situation is not conducive to the scientific and standardized management of Surveying and Mapping Production. The study of this subject is based on the strengths and resources of the Beijing Municipal Design and Research Institute of Surveying and Mapping, and the technology of the Beijing Construction Engineering College, to conduct a study into the development of three-dimensional laser scanner calibration technical specifications of the technical parameters of the total station-type three-dimensional laser scanner detection\calibration and initial establishment of a detection test site, to provide technical support for mapping production, lay a reference base for the preparation of related technical specifications in the future.From the principle of of profiling three-dimensional laser scanner, discussed the theory of instrument accuracy, and the error of the reference to common instrument "precision" to discriminate; pointed out that the the indicator concept of3D laser scanner is usually given accuracy blurred, try to put the technical indicators should be assessed by the basic performance of the3D laser scanner, the last calibration program calibration venues targets design and implementation, and test, test, and draw conclusions.Text, three-dimensional laser scanner absolute distance accuracy, the relative distance measurement accuracy, density point cloud data acquisition rate, stitching accuracy test using the Beijing standard length of the baseline field; depth discernment plane discernment, and horizontal and vertical scanning uniformity testing, use of the Beijing Municipal design and Research Institute of Surveying and mapping50m length of the laboratory and homemade discernment board to pass the test by the conclusion of the above indicators.
