| Planetary gear transmission system is one of the most common and the most importantIn recent years,3K type planetary gear system are widely used in the Wheel Reductor of Large-scale Engineering Machinery. Due to relatively poor working environment is needed in the Large-scale Engineering Machinery, reliability and stability requirements of the wheel reductor are relatively high.Now,the structure research of3K planetary gear reducer of transmission system has become mature,but the research of the dynamics is still at Initial Stage。With the development of Engineering Machinery of High Speed and Heave Load, the Wheel Reductor gear has many problems in the application,such as,vibration,noise,gear meshing surface relative sliding, gear thermoelastic deformation and wear failure,so the research on dynamic excitation’s influence of3K planetary gear reducer of transmission system on dynamic characteristics of the system can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design, have a major impact on the promotion of the development of China’s Large-scale Engineering Machinery.This paper focuses on topology analysis and multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of the Wheel Reductor of3K planetary gear system. Through extracting the rotational speed and the torque and the gears’engagement force of the input and output terminal,the dynamic characteristics of the different dynamic excitation is studied. Based on the LMS Virtual.Lab Motion platform for secondary development, enhance automation degree of dynamics modeling of3K planetary gear reducer of transmission system.The main conclusions can be summarized as below:1. Used topology analysis to analyse several structures of3K planetary gear reducer of transmission,unified the transmission forms, computed the drive parameters.2. Translational-rotational coupling model of gear transmission system is established,the motion equations of3K planetary gear reducer transmission system are deduced,then a matrix form dynamics equations are created.3. Based on LMS Virtual.lab Motion,the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of the3K planetary gear reducer transmission system is studied, dynamic characteristics is studied,the different dynamic excitation effects are compared.4. With OLE Automation programming interface and automation interface which are provided by Virtual.Lab,the dynamics simulation platform is developed,the automation degree is enhanced, repetitive operations in the dynamics modeling process is reduced.Through the research of this paper,a unified dynamics model of3K planetary gear reducer transmission system is established,a theoretical basis and analysis examples for further gear dynamic characteristics are provided.Developed the dynamics simulation platform of3K planetary gear reducer transmission system,the automation degree of dynamics modeling is greatly enhanced. |
