Research On The Co-working Space Design Strategy Of High-rise Office Buildings In The Age Of Sharing

Although the concept of ‘Sharing' has appeared since 20 th century,but in lack of communication,the ‘sharing economy' was an imagination until the rapid development of internet technology.The ‘sharing' has grown from concept to reality because decay of the marginal cost.It was the officially declared the age of ‘Sharing'.Also,as the baby of ‘Sharing economy',the co-working mode is a kind of co-working space which collecting different teams and people as nature.Recent years,co-working mode grew dramatically in China under government's advocation.However,in China,the co-working is still working with the initiatory stage which is about policy and research,but without practice in architecture.So,this thesis is focus on the difference between traditional working and co-working mode,in order to explore the requirement and design strategy for the co-working space.Firstly,it makes research as the origin of co-working mode and the reference for their difference,in order to analyses its three tendencies based on ‘sharing' period.Then,the co-working space in mapping,using and space ways will be analyzed based on the programs of this mode.Posteriorly,the case of this thesis will rely on the architecture as the high rise office tower.According to the previous study,the thesis aim to make a strategy of the co-working space design for the high rise office building as well as explore the connection between co-working mode and the potential of high rise office building.The thesis is aimed at providing a systematic reference as the co-working space for the high rise office architecture design in the future.
