| The idea of sharing has steadily infiltrated to all sectors of life as a result of technological advancement and changes in the economic climate.Under the influence of the concept of sharing,co-working spaces have been introduced and developed rapidly in China. It is a new sharing space that enables users from many industries to share an office and all of the resources in the space, which lowers the cost of renting office space for start-up teams and freelancers while simultaneously increasing resource and space usage. The issue of poor sharing in some co-working spaces arises from some designers failing to see that sharing is the key to co-working space design during the development phase.By defining the terms "sharing concept" and "co-working spaces" and outlining their characteristics, this paper analyzes the need to strengthen the sharing concept in the design of co-working spaces and suggests a method for doing so on the basis of a thorough search and analysis of pertinent data both domestically and internationally. The co-working space is fully shared to meet the varied needs of the occupants by improving the flexibility of the layout, rationalizing the area of each functional area, enriching the variety of functional areas, increasing the variability of functional space, and introducing personalized furniture and artistic decoration. Also,to create a high level of sharing of functional areas, facilities, and information in the space, the design technique is applied to the design of this paper. This study is intended to offer systematic theoretical support and useful advice for the design of coworking spaces in the future. |
