With the rapid development of container logistics and urgent demand for logistics security,In-transit status intelligent perception and abnormal identification has become an important field in research.Based on inspection of relevant literature,this paper analyzed research status and deficiencies of monitoring technology and abnormal identification theory on container logistics In-transit status,then proposed research thoughts;After offered an overview of container logistics processes,this paper analyzed the typical container logistics abnormal status from Four aspects,including transport routes,integrity of container,environment of container and operation status;Combined with the principle of selecting In-transit status characteristic parameters,we determined the characteristic parameters and monitoring requirements of container logistics In-transit status.In the light of existing circumstances,such as available monitoring equipment can not achieve the intelligent perception of containers In-transit status,few monitoring parameters,this paper constructed the In-transit status perception apparatus framework,analyzed its functional structure,having the function of status information's intelligent perception,including position,inclination,acceleration,temperature and humidity inside the container and the switch of container door.Next,according to the environment of container logistics and the type of perception characteristic parameters,this paper chose the hardware of perception device and drew interface circuits;Then combined with information gathering process of perception apparatus,this paper formulated communication protocols,and designed an intelligent perception device of In-transit status.Through experimental analysis of the output signal,this paper also verified the validity of the perception apparatus,which not only indicates that the apparatus is effective for In-transit status intelligent perception,but also guarantees the real-time collection of In-transit status information,thus could provide data support for follow-up work.Combining Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and Fuzzy Integrative Evaluation Method(FIE),this paper determined abnormal identification methods and models of In-transit status.Firstly this paper discussed the aim of abnormal identification of In-transit status,using FIE as theoretical basis,determined abnormal identification process;Utilized In-transit status abnormal type constructes abnormal identification index system,and established single index abnormal identification criterion;Then combined FAHP with FIE established abnormal identification model,and determined model's evaluation set and factors set.At the same time,calculated the weight of each index by FAHP,and determined each index's membership functions of abnormal levels;Finally,this paper achieved the In-transit status abnormal identification of index layer,criterion layer and target layer.In order to verify the validity of abnormal identification model,this paper designed forms of container In-transit status abnormal identification centers based on Visual Basic 6.0,to realize the real-time display and abnormal identification of In-transit status relevant characteristic parameters.Experimental results show that the intelligent detection apparatus has a strong feasibility and stability;the abnormal identification model,which is based on FAHP-FIE,can accurately identify In-transit abnormal status.
