With the development of information technology and economic globalization, container transportation as the main form of international multimodal transport, its requirement of modernization, intelligence and security operation have become more sophisticated. Modern container terminal requires real-time monitoring of port machinery and container transport, to ensure the safety of the goods and the correctness of the port operation. Considering the leakproofness of container itself, the diversity of information sources, and complexity of terminal operation, etc., the study of using advanced monitoring tools and data processing method to realize the real-time alarm of container operation is becoming more and more important. This paper will study from the following three aspects:Port-logistics-oriented container data processing and abnormal alarm. Based on RFID radio frequency technology and sensor technology as the source of real-time information in port operation, this paper designed RFID middleware system model to processing and intergating the collected data, and designed data filtering algorithm to realize function of data smoothing filtering of time and space, target data filtering, etc. Analysis of terminal logistic’s security problems which need to alarm, established Port-logistics-oriented container abnormal data processing alarm system, realized alarm and handle of the abnormal data.Container-opening alarm model and information fusion decision algorithm. An alarm decision-making model for the illegal container-opening based on such multi-source information as container door sensors and inside sensors was established with the analysis on the alarm mechanism of illegal container-opening. An improved D-S evidence fusion algorithm based on the revised evidence weight with both evidence fuzzy similarity and evidence source prior reliability was proposed to reduce the evidence conflicts. An illegal container-opening alarm system with the multi-source information fusion was realized. The simulation example results show that the proposed evidence fusion algorithm can effectively reduce the evidence conflict coefficients and fusion paradox times. Furthermore, the proposed alarm model achieves good fault tolerance and adaptability.Container terminal operation alarm model and algorithm. This paper will respectively disign the selection and layout scheme of RFID information-collect equipments in four different container operation node such as gate, container yard, gantry cranes and road. On this basis, combining with the characteristics of each node operation, each node operation alarm model was established. And their real-time operation alarm algorithm was designed to realized each operation node’s function of real-time job type identification, interference filter, process monitoring and safety alarm, etc.Finally, using VC++6.0simulated middleware data pretreatment and the port operation alarm model. The running results showed that the container operation alarm model was feasible, and could satisfy the requirement of real-time alarm. |
