Modular prestressed precast concrete slabs are widely used in the construction of bridge engineering,because of its economy and convenience,this slab is often used as part of the completed bridge deck.Use the experience of bridge engineering practice,this paper introduced the modular prestressed precast concrete slabs into the whole bolting prefabricated concrete shear wall structure(BPC).In order to study the performance of the modular prestressed concrete slabs bearing capacity and deformation,this paper,the floor structure we were operating vertical static loading test with these slabs.In this paper,based on the previous research on the bridge deck slabs and other forms of prestressed combination slabs studies,in order to obtain vertical ultimate bearing capacity performance and related parameters of these slab system,these new type of slab-structure were studied and used finite element methods analysis.The main contents of the article are as following:(1)Describes the composition,installation process and characteristics of the whole bolting prefabricated concrete shear wall structure(BPC)in modular precast prestressed concrete slabs;(2)Operated bearing capacity test on a prestressed concrete slab specimen of 6.16meters-span and 1.2meters-width,to study the process of assembling prefabricated specimen,test device and method of loading.Obtained its load-displacement curve,failure modes and ultimate bearing capacity under the test load prefabricated;(3)This paper using ABAQUS software for finite element simulation and nonlinear static analysis on these modular precast prestressed concrete slabs specimens,the load-displacement curve prefabricated specimen,ultimate load and failure model,and with the the test results were compared between the two coincide,which proves the correctness and rationality of finite element modeling methods.On this basis,the paper uses the finite element method analysis of the concrete strength,influence whether prestressed reinforced tunnel grouting and prestressed by prestressing size and other factors on the bearing capacity of prefabricated panels,made some important conclusions.In this paper,the performance of the force by the research will provide data and reference for further study and engineering application later,lay the foundation for the promotion and application of such plates.
