At present,more and more structures using prefabricated structures,prefabricated construction rapidily develop.With respect to foreign countries,our country starts relatively late at prefabricated construction,development speed is slow,but the fabricated structure has become a trend for future development.For precast floor system,the architecture of a domestic application more many for prefabricated prefabricated components and composite components,one-way stress component in the majority,only a two-way slabs for small span application scope is limited.On large span and large span two-way slab and composite plate study is less,the application is less.Therefore,to design a new type of floor,precast prestressed concrete two-way force ribbed hollow slab,the bidirectional power transmission ability of precast prestressed hollow plate.This paper discussed the prestressed concrete hollow two-way ribbed slab floors,single piece of precast slab production in the factory,longitudinal reinforcement of tension and the reserved work of holes,assembled in construction field,the lateral unbonded reinforcement tensioning,make precast slab form two-way force system.The new board will prestressed concrete technology and the advantages of the precast slab technology together,make the new plate play their respective advantages.This paper to simplify the new two-way slab for two-way ribbed floor,and the on the stage of construction stage,use for calculating the bearing capacity,through the numerical simulation and finite element analysis software ABAQUS,compared with the theoretical research results,verify the rationality of the calculation method and the overall performance of the bidirectional board after assembling.The board design train of thought is: with two-way ribbed of prestressed hollow plate in longitudinal split into several piece of one-way prestressed hollow slab,the monolithic one-way prestressed hollow plate in the factory for processing,assembling in constructionfield,through transverse prestressed tensioning,two-way force.Key type on the side of the plate form,which can make effective connection plate slab by self-locking function together.Calculation in the design stage,through using the method of elastic,with 5.4 m×5.4 m side bearing of the simply supported plate and 5.4 m×7.2 m side supporting continuous plate as an example,analyzed the internal force under the vertical load conditions,through the analysis and calculation,summarizes the prestressed concrete hollow two-way ribbed slab system design and calculation methods.And characteristics of the plate section reinforcement parameters such as the main control stage of the installation phase and use phase,using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,precast slab for the installation phase and use phase simulation analysis,the stress and deformation is compared with calculation results,and the configuration of transverse reinforcement in the form of the influence of the overall performance of two-way plate are analyzed.This paper also briefly introduces the other precast slab and hollow floor of internal force calculation method,and introduces the slab in the construction stage,production stage of the specific process,construction method and the attention items,etc.Through analysis and calculation and numerical simulation of ABAQUS,which can be found that through transverse prestressed tensioning,integrity of the plate increase and become a bidirectional stress system,namely through the factory and on-site assembly,lateral tensioning prestressed steel plate forming method is feasible.The theoretical analysis results compared with the results of the analysis of ABAQUS is relatively safe,elastic analysis can be effective elastic stage of plate calculation,safety reserve a little more conservative.Under the action of prestressed reinforcement and two-way ribbed,the board has a good ability to resist deformation and bearing capacity.The board at the top of the vertical plate is also equipped with prestressed reinforcement,through simulation calculation and analysis,it can be seen that the vertical plate roof bar setting can effectively solve the single boards at the top of the pile,transportation phase of plate cracking problem,and can make the plate in the installation phase reduce across the secondary support settings.
