With the development of environmental science,agricultural science,biomedical and other disciplines,the spectrum analysis equipment is put forward higher requirements,The spectrometer with the high integration,small volume,low cost and high performance have a wide application prospect.Spectrometer is the basic instrument for spectral data acquisition and analysis.Its hardware circuit for signal detection acquisition and transmission is one of the core technology of the instrument.This part with correctness and stability is key to the data processed correctly.The purpose of this project is to develop the hardware circuit of the micro spectrometer,and designed the hardware circuit of the micro spectrometer based on the linear array charge-coupled device for the spectral signal acquisition,processing and transmission.According to the application requirements,the system parameters are determined,the scheme design and IC selection are carried out.The overall scheme design based on the linear CCD microspectrometer are completed.And then elaborated the scheme of hardware circuit system designed.Using TCD1304DG-Toshiba's linear array as a sensor for spectral acquisition,the output signal is processed by the front-end analog circuit,and will be converted to analog digital signals by the AD9826,and finally through the interface of USB2.0 to the computer for data processing.The programmable logic device(CPLD)is used to drive and control the timing of linear CCD and analog-to-digital conversion chip.In addition,CPLD and USB2.0 controller chip CY7C68013 A constitute Slavefifo transmission mode to realize the transmission of digital signal.The CPLD logic circuit design,code compilation and simulation test are completed,and the firmware of USB2.0 controller is written and debugged.Finally,the design of the circuit board of the various parts debugged,the key parameters of the hardware and the host computer and other work tested.The test results show that the technical specifications of the system meet the hardware design requirements.
