With the development of economy,the quantity of railway and air cargo logistics is increasing rapidly.At present,the loading and unloading equipment is mainly forklift,fork loader,transfer vehicle,belt conveyor,etc.These devices are flexible and versatile,but among the train,truck,platform,warehouse cargo handling and transshipment,the need for manual loading and unloading that labor intensity and low efficiency.Mobile multifunctional loader is to solve the problem that the loading and unloading equipment cannot reach the loading and unloading point directly.Especially suitable for cargo handing among the wagon train,plane,truck,warehouse platform and container where gap uncertainty and space closed.First of all,according to the working conditions and functional requirements of the loading and unloading machine,the product design objectives and main technical parameters are determined.then,from the feeding conveyor,middle conveyor,unloading conveyor,sliding bracket,rotary support and other functional components to design the overall scheme,and the motion simulation of the overall scheme is carried out to determine the appropriate motion parameters;further then,the transmission scheme and structure scheme of the key components such as telescopic conveyor and sliding support are designed and optimized in detail,and from the point of view of safety and operation simplicity,the hydraulic control system and electrical control system are also designed.At last,in order to verify the rationality of the structure design of the loader machine,the ANSYS WORKBENCH is used to simulate the working device of the machine.Through the static analysis verified the structural static strength and stiffness;through modal analysis to find out the low order natural frequency of the structure and make the work frequency keep away from it;by transient dynamic analysis to research of dynamic response of the structure under impact loading.
