Mobile telescopic belt conveyor is a new open-type material handling equipment,which combine cantilevered belt conveyors and large machinery chassis cleverly.It can transport coal,grain,stone,gravel,soil and other bulk materials also transport large aggregate or dry concrete and other materials.The main structure consists of feeding system,placing systems,car systems,chassis and electronic control,hydraulic system components,and the placing system is the main force member of belt conveyors.The system consists of placing boom,telescopic mechanism,belt conveyor system and derricking cylinder.The placing boom belongs to trussed multi telescopic boom in structure,whose design quality is relation to the safety and reliability of the machine.Therefore,this study based on the main problems encountered during the design process of placing boom.Firstly the topology optimization method is used to determine the layout of the metal structure of placing boom based on principle of continuum topology optimization and finite element software ANSYS.Thus a feasible way to determine the layout of the metal structure is formed for layout of three-dimensional space truss in the future.Using ANSYS software to parametric optimization design for beam section of placing boom,which can reduce production costs.Also the majorization results were analyzed,discussed the sensitivity of the structure size of the placing boom to the strength and stiffness.Researching the finite element modeling technology of placing boom after optimization,and analyzing it.At the same time,it also proves that the method is effective for the determination of the structure form and the size of the placing boom.Finally,analyzing the placing boom with the ANSYS command stream in the matter of dynamics analysis,getting the first ten order inherent frequency and vibration type when the placing boom working normal.The reference is provided for controlling the placing system,which can ensure the normal operation of the placing system.
