Cement concrete pavement is an advanced pavement widely used in China.The design reference period can be as long as 30 years,but the cement concrete pavement,which has already been built is still damaged far from the design reference period.These road damages have occurred due to insufficient road structure reliability.Therefore,the random characteristics of the design parameters of cement concrete pavement structure is considered in this article,the reliability calculation software of cement concrete pavement structure is programmed,the design results are closer to the actual situation.Currently,no one software,which can consider the mean,standard values,and distribution pattern of all random design parameters,has the ability to calculate the reliability of cement concrete pavement structure,and to analyze the sensitivity of these design parameters.In the article,Monte Carlo method was used to compile five corresponding pavement structure reliability calculation programs based on the Matlab software,the program includes concrete surface pavement structure on granular base course,paving asphalt road structure of old concrete pavement,concrete pavement structure of inorganic binder base course,concrete surface pavement structure on roller compacted concrete base course,and pavement structure with two different performance materials and surface composite panels.The design parameters and calculation results can be stored automatically.Taking into account the random characteristics of traffi c parameters,geometric parameters and structural parameters in the structure design of cement concrete pavement,the sensitivity analysis program of five cement concrete pavement structures were written in the case of the fluctuation of the mean or variation coefficient of the random parameters,and the relation map lines were drawn and stored.In the main interface window five kinds of cement concrete pavement structure reliability calculation interface window can be selected in program,and the reliabili ty of the corresponding pavement structure can be calculated.Data can be stored in Excel file by control,and also be loaded into the reliability calculation interface window from Excel file.The window of sensitivity analysis interface is generated in the reliability calculation interface window to analyze the sensitivity of the road surface structure reliability to the design parameters.Due to the limitations of the values shown in the sensitivity analysis chart,the specific exact values can be displayed in the table of interface.Moreover,the sensitivity analysis chart can automatically back up a folder and be stored in each cement concrete pavement file.Finally,five examples are selected to verify the correctness of five kinds of cement concrete pavement structure reliability calculation programs.The sensitivity of the reliability to the random parameters is analyzed by the mean or variation coefficient of the traffic parameters,geometric parameters and structural parameters,the result shows that the significant factors affectting the reliability of the cement concrete pavement structure can be given.
