With the vigorous development of highway construction in China,the innovation of highway construction and maintenance engineering technology has become one of the important trends of traffic industry research.Expressway plays an important role in modern transportation.Efficient project planning and schedule management is the inevitable requirement and fundamental guarantee of modern expressway construction.Project schedule control management has a direct impact on the quality of expressway construction,and has a significant impact on the investment income of expressway.This paper takes the project schedule management of the LMZMC project of Yinchuan Expressway around the City as the research object,aiming at the reality of the project schedule management.The corresponding countermeasures and improvements are put forward.It can provide experience and reference for expressway project schedule management,and improve the comprehensive level of highway project schedule management.This paper takes the LMZMC project of Yinchuan Expressway around the City as an example.Firstly,the project is decomposed reasonably through the theory of work decomposition structure and the progress plan of the project is worked out,and the network plan and the key route are worked out according to the WBS.According to the schedule optimization,the project schedule is fine-tuned.Finally,the horizontal road diagram of the construction schedule is drawn.In view of the implementation control of project schedule,this paper mainly studies the control of project progress from two aspects: dynamic control of project schedule and stage control of project plan,and tracking the progress of project from many aspects.To control the construction of the project within the scope of the original plan,And applied earned value management analysis theory to control evaluation,to avoid the phenomenon of delay,and according to some unexpected circumstances in the project timely and accurately to make adjustments to the project schedule.In order to comply with other external factors on the progress of the project.
