Xi'an Existing Residential Investigation And Study Of Parking Facilities

In recent years,along with the rapid development of the national economy,the transformation of people's life style and the improvement of living standard,the car has entered the ordinary family on a large scale.As one of the central cities in China,Xi'an has entered existing residential areas in large numbers,and the phenomenon of "parking difficulty" and "one difficult to seek" is widespread,which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.As an important part of residential area,parking facilities are mainly focused on policy,planning,construction and management,and the research on parking facilities in existing residential areas is still relatively small.In view of the above phenomena,through investigation and Research on national and local policies,this paper puts forward the investigation method and analysis method of parking facilities,and the suggestions and measures to improve the parking facilities.In this paper,the parking facilities of existing residential areas in Xi'an as the research object,on the basis of related literature,combined with the development of relevant theories at home and abroad to carry out investigation and research.First of all,the existing residential districts in Xi'an are classified according to the area,development intensity,development mode,construction age and construction scale,and 40 representative parking facilities are selected as the investigation objects.Secondly,three methods of investigation,questionnaire survey and interview survey are adopted to stop the residential quarters.The vehicle facilities are investigated in detail,and then three analytical methods of inductive comparison,chart analysis and comprehensive analysis are used to classify and compare the survey results according to the different types of residential quarters,and compare the construction and use of parking facilities in different types of residential quarters and the existing problems,and it is concluded that the city of Xi'an is available.The characteristics of parking facilities in residential areas are explored,and factors affecting the development and construction of parking facilities in residential areas are explored.Finally,compared with the results of the investigation and analysis,the relevant regulations of the state and industry,and the policies of different periods,the suggestions and measures for improving the parking facilities of existing residential districts in Xi'an are summarized.This article not only summarizes the achievements of previous research,but more importantly,through a large number of investigations,understand the use and construction of parking facilities in existing residential quarters in Xi'an,find out the existing problems,summarize the investigation methods and analysis methods suitable for parking facilities in residential areas,and propose a solution to the parking facilities of existing residential areas.Suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward,hoping to provide some references for the future research of new or renovated parking facilities in existing residential quarters.
